Wills demonstrated that anemia could be reversed with [[brewer's yeast]].<ref name=Pond/><ref>{{cite journal | vauthors = Wills L | title = Nutrition Classics. It was first isolated via extraction from [[spinach]] leaves by [[Herschel K. Mitchell]], [[Esmond E. Snell]], and [[Roger J.
