==Ownership== On June 3, 2010, United Media sold all its Peanuts-related assets, including its strips and branding, to a new company, '''Peanuts Worldwide LLC''', a joint venture of the [[Iconix Brand Group]] (which owned 80 percent) and Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates (20 percent).
