=== Abdominal pain management === Many interventions have been considered to manage abdominal pain in people with ulcerative colitis, including FODMAPs diet, relaxation training, yoga, kefir diet and stellate ganglion block treatment. It is unclear whether any of these are safe or effective at improving pain or reducing anxiety and depression. ==== Nutrition ==== Diet can play a role in symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis.
