As of the census of 2020, there were 927 people living in the village, for a population density of 1,093.16 people per square mile (422.02/km<sup>2</sup>). There were 440 housing units. There were 255 households, out of which 52.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 14.5% had a male householder with no spouse present, and 22.7% had a female householder with no spouse present. 20.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.9% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.10, and the average family size was 3.48.<ref name="2020 census"/>

36.2% of the village's population were under the age of 18, 53.2% were 18 to 64, and 10.6% were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 28.2. For every 100 females, there were 99.0 males.<ref name="2020 census"/>

The [[population density]] was {{convert|1103.5|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 448 housing units at an average density of {{convert|527.1|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the village was 89.7% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 5.7% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.2% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.2% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.1% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 4.2% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.9% of the population.

The population density was {{convert|1,165.1|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  There were 408 housing units at an average density of {{convert|470.7|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  The racial makeup of the village was 87.82% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 8.42% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.50% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.40% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 1.09% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.78% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.78% of the population.

There were 365 households, out of which 40.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 24.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.3% were non-families. 24.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 2.77 and the average family size was 3.22.

The median age was 31 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.0 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.2 males.
