===Early career=== Healy played local soccer with Ballincollig and then Wilton United. He attended the FAS/[[Football Association of Ireland|FAI]] course in Cork run by former [[Celtic F.C.|Celtic]] and [[Cork City Football Club|Cork City]] midfielder [[Mike Conroy (footballer born 1957)|Mike Conroy]] and from here he was taken to [[Celtic Park]].
