===JCU Cairns, Nguma-bada Campus, Smithfield=== JCU's Cairns, Nguma-bada campus is located 15 kilometres north of the [[Cairns]] central business district, in the suburb of [[Smithfield, Queensland|Smithfield]]. JCU moved to this location from its original inner-city site in 1995. About 3,000 students study at JCU Cairns, Nguma-bada campus, Smithfield, including 335 international students. In 2023, the first cohort of Medicine students commenced in Cairns. A second campus, JCU Cairns, Bada-jali campus, is located in Cairns' CBD. The campus delivers a diverse range of progressive facilities and services for the university.
