The ceilings are decorated with glass mosaic work. ===Funerary urns=== [[Ranjit Singh]]'s ashes are contained in a marble [[urn]] in the shape of a [[Indian lotus|lotus]], sheltered under a marble pavilion inlaid with [[pietra dura]], in the centre of the tomb.
