== Coat of arms of Transylvania ==

The first heraldic representations of [[Transylvania]] date from the 16th century. The [[Transylvanian Diet|Diet]] of 1659 codified the representation of the [[Unio Trium Nationum|Union of the Three Nations]] in [[Flag and coat of arms of Transylvania|Transylvania's coat of arms]].
