==== China ==== [[File:Auto-rickshaw in Haikou - 02.jpg|thumb|Auto rickshaw Haikou]] Various types of auto rickshaw are used around China, where they are called sān lún chē (三轮车) and sometimes sān bèng zǐ (三蹦子), meaning three wheeler or tricycle. They may be used to transport cargo or passengers in the more rural areas.
