===ORFeome project===

Every predicted ORF has been created in a gateway adapted vector (pDONR207) and made publicly available. The vectors ([[plasmid]]s) can be propagated in ''E.coli'' and grown on LB+[[gentamicin]] medium. This way every ORF is readily available in an easy to use vector.
