====Saudi Arabia==== Since the 1990s, given its position as the largest source of funds and promoter of [[Salafi jihadism|Salafist]] ideology and being considered major security challenge for India. R&AW has greatly expanded its activities and operation in Saudi Arabia. [[Syed Abdul Karim Tunda|Abdul Karim Tunda]] was captured in Saudi Arabia and was secretly brought to India.<ref name="Hindustan Times"/> Since 2012, R&AW has carried out numerous operations in Saudi Arabia. It also approved Riyadh's status as a dialogue partner for SCO as India prepares to host the SCO summit in July. India-Saudi defence and security partnership has been steadily growing.
