=== Vocabulary === Some words can be significantly different in different Hispanophone countries. Most Spanish speakers can recognize other Spanish forms even in places where they are not commonly used, but Spaniards generally do not recognize specifically American usages. For example, Spanish es, es and es (respectively, 'butter', 'avocado', 'apricot') correspond to es (word used for lard in Peninsular Spanish), es, and es, respectively, in Argentina, Chile (except es), Paraguay, Peru (except es and es), and Uruguay. In the healthcare context, an assessment of the Spanish translation of the QWB-SA identified some regional vocabulary choices and US-specific concepts, which cannot be successfully implemented in Spain without adaptation.
