==EU== In 2002, the European Union created the [[EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum]]. The Communication on "Tax and Development โ Cooperating with Developing Countries in Promoting Good Governance in Tax Mattersโ, COM (2010) 163 final, highlighted the need to support developing countries' capacity in mobilizing domestic resources for development in line with the principles of good governance in taxation. In this context, PwC prepared the report ''Transfer pricing and developing countries''.<ref>[http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/resources/documents/common/publications/studies/transfer_pricing_dev_countries.pdf Transfer pricing and developing countries, 15. July 2011]</ref> Many EU countries are currently implementing the OECD Guidelines for Transfer Pricing.
