== Honorifics == This is probably buried in the Manual of Style somewhere, but I thought I'd see if anyone had a clue first - what's the policy on honorifics? Is it inappropriate to call someone "Sheikh" or to refer, e.g., to Gandhi as "Gandhiji", or call a king His Royal Highness, etc.? [[User:Graft|Graft]] 22:09, 26 Jul 2004 (UTC) [[User:CalRis25|CalRis]] 10:26, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC): Hello, Graft: The subject matter is a tad too complex to give a simple answer. But there is a ''HowTo'' dealing with monarchical titles which should be appropriate. Have a look at [[Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_%28names_and_titles%29]]. Bye, CalRis.
