The government-owned [[Air Botswana]] operates scheduled flights to [[Francistown]], [[Gaborone]], [[Maun, Botswana|Maun]], and [[Selebi-Phikwe]]. There is international service to [[Johannesburg, South Africa]]; [[Mbabane|Mbabane, Eswatini]]; and [[Harare, Zimbabwe]]. A new international airport near Gaborone was opened in 1984.
