== Deaths following Devon and Cornwall Police contact== There have been a number of deaths of members of the public who have come into contact with Devon and Cornwall Police. *Thomas Orchard, 32, was arrested and taken to a police station in Exeter, where he was restrained, in October 2012. He had taken cocaine the same day.
