===FreeBSD=== [[FreeBSD]] uses a multilevel feedback queue with priorities ranging from 0β255. 0β63 are reserved for interrupts, 64β127 for the top half of the kernel, 128β159 for real-time user threads, 160β223 for time-shared user threads, and 224β255 for idle user threads. Also, like Linux, it uses the active queue setup, but it also has an idle queue.<ref name="opensolaris-queue">{{cite web|title=Comparison of Solaris, Linux, and FreeBSD Kernels |url=http://cn.opensolaris.org/files/solaris_linux_bsd_cmp.pdf |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20080807124435/http://cn.opensolaris.org/files/solaris_linux_bsd_cmp.pdf |archive-date=August 7, 2008 }}</ref>
