=== Romania === Starting 30 May 2012, TMC service is available in Romania, on private radio station (ProFM). The service is provided by TrafficNav.<ref>{{cite press release | date = 30 May 2012 | location = Budapest | title = TMC service is now available in Romania | publisher = TrafficNav | url = http://trafficnav.eu/traffic-service-romania | access-date = 2 November 2012 | url-status = dead | archive-url = https://web.archive.org/web/20120820121155/http://trafficnav.eu/traffic-service-romania | archive-date = 20 August 2012}}</ref> TraficOK was the first TMC system tested and implemented in Romania. The system uses a location table of over 11,500 entries, which provides nearly full coverage of the Romanian road infrastructure. The table was developed by AROBS and certified by TISA – Traveller Information Services Association. Data on traffic flow, events, weather warnings, road repairs and traffic jams is collected from several sources. The TraficOK project was developed by AROBS Transilvania Software<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.arobs.com |title=Software outsourcing: offshore-nearshore in Romania, Cluj-Napoca.. |publisher=. arobs.com |access-date=2013-01-29}}</ref> and Be-Mobile.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.be-mobile.be |title=Be-Mobile | Traffic & Mobility |publisher=Be-mobile.be |access-date=2013-01-29}}</ref> Messages are sent via Europa FM radio stations (in FM bandwidth) to various hardware equipment (navigation systems, mobile phones, etc.) equipped with TMC modules. TraficOK was planned to be available in Bucharest, Ploiești, Pitești, Constanța, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș, Oradea, Arad, Timișoara, Iași and Bacău.
