OSCARR is an acronym for ''one pot simple methodology for cassette randomization and recombination''. This randomization and recombination results in randomization of desired fragments of a protein. Omnichange is a sequence independent, multisite saturation mutagenesis which can saturate up to five independent codons on a gene.
