===Turkic cuisine=== In [[Turkey]], [[Azerbaijan]], [[Iranian Azerbaijan]] and some other [[Turkic peoples|Turkic]] cuisines, there are varieties of offal dishes, especially those of sheep. For "Jağur Bağur", sheep liver and heart are diced and soaked with onion for some hours and then fried with other additives. For "Bağırsak Kebab", sheep intestine is wrapped and baked in a stove or by skewers on a barbeque.
