In 1910, the British locomotive manufacturer [[Kerr, Stuart and Company]] produced four 4-2-2 locomotives, weighing 120 tons and with 7&nbsp;ft driving wheels, for the [[Shanghai–Nanjing railway]].<ref>{{Cite book
