Since 1990, there is an ''International Conference on Algorithmic Learning Theory (ALT)'', called ''Workshop'' in its first years (1990&ndash;1997).<ref>[https://www-alg.ist.hokudai.ac.jp/~thomas/ALTARCH/altarch.jsp Archives of ALT-Workshops and Conferences] at [[Hokkaido University]]</ref> Between 1992 and 2016, proceedings were published in the [[LNCS]] series.<ref>[https://link.springer.com/conference/alt ALT proceedings page] at [[Springer Science+Business Media|Springer]]</ref> Starting from 2017, they are published by the Proceedings of Machine Learning Research. The 34th conference will be held in [[Singapore]] in Feb 2023.<ref>[http://algorithmiclearningtheory.org/alt2023/ ALT'23 home page]</ref> The topics of the conference cover all of theoretical machine learning, including statistical and computational learning theory, online learning, active learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
