In the post-Zero Hour Legion, Rokk Krinn came from a poor family but became a superstar in the Braallian sport of Magnoball, earning the nickname "Cosmic Boy" after winning the Magnoball Cosmic Games. After cutting ties with his corrupt manager, Alex Cuspin, Rokk joins the Legion of Super-Heroes as Cosmic Boy.<ref name="dc-ency"/>

Cosmic Boy later becomes the leader of the Legion before stepping down. He is among the Legionnaires sent to the 21st century by the [[Emerald Eye of Ekron]].
