===Ongoing developments=== ====Film studios==== In February 2022, [[Steven Knight]], the creator of Digbeth-set television series ''[[Peaky Blinders (TV series)|Peaky Blinders]]'', announced the development of the [[Digbeth Loc.|Digbeth Loc Studios]], within the [[Warwick Bar]] area of the district. In the announcement, it was revealed that long-running television cooking competition ''[[MasterChef]]'' would record from the studios from 2024.
