====2016 Reprieve report==== In 2016, [[human rights]] organisation [[Reprieve (organisation)|Reprieve]] published an investigative report which argued that seven Bahraini men facing the [[death penalty]] had been forced into confessing their crimes after being tortured during interrogations.
