==Awards, personal life== In 1998, Parnevik was awarded honorary member of the PGA of Sweden.<ref name=":0" /> He was awarded the 1999 [[Swedish Golfer of the Year]]. Parnevik is credited with having introduced fellow professional golfer [[Tiger Woods]] to Swedish [[au pair]] [[Elin Nordegren]] (previously employed by Parnevik), whom Woods eventually married.
