In the LDS Church, Echo Hawk has served as [[stake president|president]] of a student [[Stake (Latter Day Saints)|stake]] on the BYU campus, a [[Bishop (LDS Church)|bishop]], and [[High council (Latter Day Saints)|high councilor]].

He was [[Common consent (Mormonism)|accepted]] by church membership as a general authority and member of the [[First Quorum of the Seventy]] on March 31, 2012.
