Also, in the same year, Sandvik bought all remaining shares in the Finnish company ''Tamrock'', a manufacturer of mining equipment in which it previously had a minority holding.<ref name="SandvikJourney2012" /> In 1999, Sandvik divested its production of saws and other craft tools.<ref name="SandvikJourney2012" />
