Immediately following [[World War II]], Studebaker dropped its [[Studebaker President|President]] models, and the Commander again was elevated in the lineup. Studebaker also again rolled out an extended wheelbase model of the Commander, the [[Studebaker Land Cruiser|Land Cruiser]].
