I believe the topic is notable but there is an issue with transcription: apparently the correct spelling would be Sümbül Efendi (alternate Sünbül Efendi). [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%22S%C3%BCmb%C3%BCl+efendi%22&btnG=Search Google] returns 179 results but most of them not in English.
