Crossover city cars (also called A-SUVs,<ref name=jatACross>{{cite web|url=https://www.jato.com/a-suvs-are-coming/|title=A-SUVs are coming|publisher=JATO}}</ref> city SUVs,<ref name=jatACross/> city crossovers, or A-segment SUVs) are crossovers that generally ride on the platform of a [[city car]] ([[A-segment]]).

Crossover city car is a newly introduced [[car classification|automotive vehicle segment]], with the first vehicle in the segment being the [[Fiat_Panda#Panda_Cross_/_City_Cross|Fiat Panda Cross]], though the [[Suzuki Ignis]] helped bring the segment more attention.<ref>{{cite web|url= https://www.pistonudos.com/en/the-segment-division-among-suvs|title=The segment division among SUVs}}</ref> Cars in this segment are generally styled as [[hatchback]]s.
