=== Kiryat Sanz === In 1956, a beachfront in northern Netanya was selected as a home base for the [[Sanz (Hasidic dynasty)|Sanzer]] [[Hasidic Judaism|Hasidim]] by its leader, Rabbi [[Yekusiel Yehudah Halberstam]].
