==Conspirators== In 1992, Bill Flynn was sentenced to life in prison for [[second degree murder]]; not eligible for parole for 40 years with 12 years of the minimum sentence deferred if he maintains good behavior. Flynn was incarcerated at the [[Maine State Prison]] in [[Warren, Maine|Warren]], where he earned his [[GED]], has been active in charity work and worked as an electrician at the prison.
