Little Hangleton is a fictional [[Muggle]] village near a fictional Muggle town of Great Hangleton in the north of England, around 200 miles from Little Whinging in Surrey.<ref>Rowling, J.K. (2000). On a hill above the village is the former estate of the [[Riddle family]], where Voldemort killed his father, his grandparents and the Muggle gardener [[Frank Bryce]]. Also nearby is the former home of the [[House of Gaunt|Gaunt family]].
