China also has red light camera with facial recognition. Red light offenders, either pedestrian or motorbikers, are captured by a 7 megapixel camera. Within 20 minutes, a [[facial recognition system]] identifies personal information including family name, ID number and address which are displayed in the street on an advertising screen. According to the owner, in less than four months, in [[Lianhua intersection in Shenzhen]], [[jaywalking]] were reduced from 1000 each day to 80.<ref name="outride1"/>
