==Legacy== Because of Cecil's modest amount of popularity, Warner Bros. created a protégé of the character in ''[[Tiny Toon Adventures]]'' named Tyrone Turtle. Unlike Cecil and Bugs, however, Tyrone is on friendly terms with Bugs's Tiny Toons counterpart, Buster Bunny.
