To suppress the first, visible prefix in the saved page, use the [[Help:Pipe trick|pipe trick:]] Add <code>|</code> at the end of the link, like this: <code><nowiki>[[s:test|]]</nowiki></code>. Upon saving your edits, it will be expanded to <code><nowiki>[[s:test|test]]</nowiki></code>. Note that this only works for the first prefix, so saving <code>[[s:en:test|en:test]]</code>, will automatically expand to <code><nowiki>[[s:en:test|en:test]]</nowiki></code>, not to <code><nowiki>[[s:en:test|test]]</nowiki></code>.<!--There were two ways to suppress the prefix, but the second doesn't seem to work anymore:
