Lang has received many awards and made many television appearances. His [[Deutsche Grammophon]] recording of [[Beethoven]] [[Piano Concerto]]s Nos. [[Piano Concerto No. 1 (Beethoven)|1]] and [[Piano Concerto No. 4 (Beethoven)|4]] with [[Christoph Eschenbach]] was nominated for a [[Grammy Award]] during the year of its release.
