===Other neighbourhoods=== ;Neot Herzl Located in the center of Netanya, near the Netanya interchange. The neighborhood was established during the Second World War and is named after the port city of [[Tobruk]] in Libya. It used to be a center of [[Diamond cutting]]. Ein Hatkhelet was established as a working-class neighborhood in [[Emek Hefer]] in 1936. The neighborhood is divided into three sections, A B & C. Section C is currently in construction (as of October 2023).
