== Award programs ==
The Bluetooth Innovation World Cup, a marketing initiative of the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), was an international competition that encouraged the development of innovations for applications leveraging Bluetooth technology in sports, fitness and health care products. The Bluetooth Innovation World Cup morphed into the Bluetooth Breakthrough Awards in 2013.
