====Narrow gauge====
In April 1951, three [[South African Class NG9 4-6-0|Class NG9]] locomotives were purchased from the South African Railways for the [[Moçâmedes Railway|''Caminhos de Ferro de Moçâmedes'']] (CFM). They were placed in service on the ''Ramal da Chibía'', a {{RailGauge|600mm|lk=on}} gauge branch line across {{convert|116|km|mi|0|abbr=off}} from [[Lubango|Sá da Bandeira]] to [[Chiange]].
