Provincially, it is in the electoral district of [[Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke (provincial electoral district)|Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke]], represented by [[John Yakabuski]] of the [[Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario]], who was first elected in 2003.
