As of the [[census]] of 2010 there were 24,718 people, 10,131 households, and 6,114 families residing in the city. The [[population density]] was {{convert|2096.5|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 10,870 housing units at an average density of {{convert|922.0|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 86.8% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 3.0% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 2.4% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.2% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 4.8% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 2.4% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 15.4% of the population.

[[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race was 6.12% of the population. There were 9,897 households, out of which 27.2% had children under the age of 18. The average household size was 2.29; the average family size was 2.90. The median income for a household in the city was $33,750, and the median income for a family was $42,691.
