Happenings is the cultural festival organized by the college.<ref>{{Cite news|url=https://www.heraldgoa.in/Cafe/Let-the-campus-fests-begin-/96397.html|title=Let the campus fests begin!|work=oHeraldo|access-date=2018-12-03|language=en}}</ref> Started in 1981, it is officially the oldest college festival in Goa.

Spectrum 2017 Pronite featured Sapan Verma and [[Sorabh Pant]] from the comedy group [[East India Comedy|EIC]].

Spectrum 2018 Pronite was held in association with [[Sunburn Festival|Sunburn]] and featured [[Sartek]] and The Unknown.

==== Tandav ====

==== TEDxGEC ====
TEDxGEC is Goa's second TEDx event and was started in 2016. Their second event open to the general public was a Salon event titled "TEDxGECSalon: ARTiculate".
