After she hatches, Max tries to hide Bubbles in his and Goofy's basement, but Goofy soon finds out about Bubbles as she grows. When she gets too big, Max and P.J. try to hide her from Pete, but Pistol finds out about Bubbles and tells Pete about her, who pursues her after she eats his favorite chair. Eventually, Goofy reunites Bubbles with her mother and takes her back to the lake, where she and Max say goodbye to each other.
