==Rosemary Award== Every year the National Security Archive nominates a government agency for the Rosemary Award for worst open government performance. The award is named after [[Richard Nixon|President Nixon's]] secretary, [[Rose Mary Woods]], who erased {{frac|18|1|2}} minutes of a crucial [[Watergate scandal|Watergate]] tape.
