The nearer building has signage, "Paterson GlobalFoods Institute|thumb|Paterson GlobalFoods Institute]] The Paterson GlobalFoods Institute is the home of the Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism Management and Professional Baking and Patisserie programs.
