[[Sasquatch (comics)|Sasquatch]], [[Guardian (Marvel Comics)|Guardian]], [[Vindicator (comics)|Vindicator]], [[Shaman (comics)|Shaman]], Major Mapleleaf, and both [[Puck (Marvel Comics)|Pucks]] are attacked by a new villain, [[Xorn|the Collective]] (inhabiting the body of postal worker [[Michael Pointer (character)|Michael Pointer]]), in ''[[The New Avengers (comics)|New Avengers]]'' #16. Pointer continues on to the United States, leaving their bodies in the [[Yukon]] Territory.

The ''Alpha Flight'' title was relaunched as ''[[Omega Flight]]'' in April, 2007 as a five-issue mini-series.<ref>{{cite web| url= http://classic.newsarama.com/marvelnew/Aprl07/solicitations.html | website= newsarama.com| title= MARVEL COMICS SOLICITATIONS FOR APRIL 2007}}{{dead link|date=April 2011}}</ref> The new series was written by [[Michael Avon Oeming]] and drawn by [[Scott Kolins]]. The current roster includes [[Beta Ray Bill]], [[U.S. Agent]], [[Julia Carpenter|Arachne]], [[Talisman (Alpha Flight)|Talisman]], and Michael Pointer in a suit that looks like Guardian's uniform. Sasquatch appears as the group's recruiter and leader. Since the mini-series, the team disbanded. Beta Ray Bill exited; U.S. Agent joined [[Hank Pym]]'s new Avengers team; Pointer, now calling himself Omega, joined Norman Osborn's [[Dark X-Men]]; and Julia Carpenter became the new [[Madame Web]].
