I made a comment about deletion of a drugs_list category a bit ago which would clarify my thinking a bit; see [[Wikipedia:Categories_for_deletion#Empty_Orphans_Detected_7_Jan_2005]].  My thinking about making a drug stub is that many treatments consist of multiple drugs or drugs + another  treatment mode; also a significant number of drugs are combinations of pharmacological agents.
