=== Lawsuits === The HOKC filed a federal lawsuit against Kentucky Colonels International (KCI) in 2020. Kentucky]] August 13, 2020).</ref> In 2023, The HOKC opened a new lawsuit against KCI for "one count of [[civil contempt]], four counts of various federal trademark infringement, one count [[Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act|anticybersquatting]], and three counts of various common law [[trademark infringement]]".<ref>''The Honorable of Ky.
